Gulf Spill Claimants' Attys Call For Sanctions Over BP Ads

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 7:09 PM EST) -- A law firm founded by an attorney facing fraud allegations from a court-appointed special master in the Deepwater Horizon multidistrict litigation has asked a Louisiana federal judge to order sanctions against BP PLC, arguing that the company disclosed confidential information in newspaper advertisements.
