Investor Class Action Against Stevia Supplier Nixed

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 4:58 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Friday dismissed a proposed class action that claimed a producer of popular sweetener stevia failed to provide proper notification of a declining relationship with its primary customer to its investors.
