Senator Seeks More Oversight Of Afghanistan Aid

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 4:31 PM EST) -- New Hampshire Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen on Monday called for more oversight of aid to the government of Afghanistan, after contractors hired by the U.S. Agency for International Development reported on weaknesses in the country's ability to manage $1.6 billion in direct assistance funds.
