Texas Court Backs TransCanada Win Over Land Seizure

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 7:47 PM EST) -- A Texas appellate court on Friday affirmed TransCanada Keystone Pipeline LP’s win in a suit brought by a landowner who claimed the company did not have the right of eminent domain to build a segment of the pipeline across his land.
