Mogul Swig, Former Partners Settle $52M Condo Sales Fight

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 7:00 PM EST) -- Real estate mogul Kent Swig and a group of investors in a midtown Manhattan condo conversion project reached a settlement Friday in a dispute over who was entitled to the $52 million that the struggling development earned after the market improved.
