Trucking Co. Escapes $178M Award Over Fatal Crash

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 5:45 PM EST) -- A California judge on Monday vacated a $178 million award for plaintiffs in a wrongful death suit against a trucking company over a crash that killed a couple and their child, finding the verdict excessive and ordering a new trial.
