CBO Lowers Enrollment Estimate For ACA Exchanges

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 7:13 PM EST) -- The Congressional Budget Office issued a broad appraisal of the Affordable Care Act on Tuesday, trimming its near-term enrollment forecast, predicting that some workers will embrace part-time roles because of the law and asserting that the government will profit from controversial provisions protecting insurers from losses.
