NFL Plaintiffs Target Seau Family Criticism Of $760M Deal

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 3:22 PM EST) -- Attorneys representing plaintiffs in the NFL concussion multidistrict litigation on Monday pushed back against certain arguments by family members of deceased NFL star Junior Seau who had criticized the $760 million deal that failed to win preliminary approval.
