Wilson Elser Atty's Questioning Leads To Mistrial, Fine

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- A Long Island, N.Y., judge has ordered Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP to pay the plaintiff's legal fees in a negligence suit against her mother’s nursing home, saying the law firm’s attorney asked inappropriate questions that led to a mistrial.
