9th Circ. Revives FCRA Suit Against Spokeo Site

Law360, Los Angeles (February 4, 2014, 8:25 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Tuesday revived a putative class action accusing “people search engine” Spokeo.com of willfully violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act by publishing false information about a Virginia man, saying he had constitutional standing to bring the complaint.
