Too Late For Malibu Rehab To Join Sly Stone Suit, Judge Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 4, 2014, 9:22 PM EST) -- A California judge ruled Tuesday that the Malibu Beach Recovery Center cannot intervene in Sly Stone's stolen royalties lawsuit against his ex-manager to make sure any damages Stone recovers are used to pay his rehab bill, saying it was too late to join the case.
