Canada Announces Defense Procurement Overhaul

Law360, Washington (February 5, 2014, 5:44 PM EST) -- Canada’s federal government on Wednesday announced it would implement an overhaul to its defense procurement, saying the move is designed to streamline the procurement process, deliver necessary equipment to its armed forces in a timely way, and improve the competitiveness and export capabilities of its domestic defense industry.
