Texas Appeals Court Won't Restart $1.4M Davis Cedillo Suit

Law360, Houston (February 6, 2014, 3:27 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court said Thursday that until it registers to do business in the state, a foreign partner to a real estate venture cannot pursue litigation against Davis Cedillo & Mendoza Inc. for allegedly facilitating a secret $1.4 million loan secured against partnership assets.
