Davis & Gilbert Again Tries To Nix $8M Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 6:41 PM EST) -- Davis & Gilbert LLP on Thursday again sought to quash an $8 million legal malpractice suit claiming the firm botched copyright work on a film when it was sold to the plaintiffs' production company, saying the amended complaint suffers from the same deficiencies as the first.
