Twitter Threatens To Sue US Over Data Request Disclosures

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 5:09 PM EST) -- Twitter Inc. said Thursday it may sue the federal government on First Amendment grounds to ensure that disclosures of national security data requests are precise enough to be meaningful to users.
