Law360, Philadelphia (February 6, 2014, 5:53 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission had legitimate economic concerns in mind when it axed a former financial manager who said he was fired for trying to warn his superiors about improper contracting procedures and attempts by vendors to bilk the state out of money, a state judge ruled Tuesday.
