ConAgra Violates FDA Labeling Rules, 9th Circ. Told

Law360, Los Angeles (February 6, 2014, 10:09 PM EST) -- The plaintiff in a putative consumer class action alleging food giant ConAgra Foods Inc. doesn’t list the full amount of sodium in David’s sunflower seeds on its packaging asked the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to revive her suit, saying federal law does not preempt her claims.
