Reps. Float Bill To Safeguard Private Chemical Sites

Law360, Washington (February 6, 2014, 9:13 PM EST) -- A bipartisan group of congressmen on Thursday introduced legislation designed to prevent terrorist attacks at chemical facilities owned by private companies, less than a year after a fertilizer explosion in West, Texas, raised alarms over the security of the private sector’s chemical supplies.
