Chemed Pays $6M To Exit Investors' Medicare Fraud Suit

Law360, Washington (February 7, 2014, 2:14 PM EST) -- Chemed Corp. has agreed to pay $6 million to settle a putative class action in Ohio federal court accusing it of misleading shareholders about a scheme to defraud Medicare and Medicaid, according to court filings made public Thursday.
