NLRB Accuses NJ Hospital Of Union-Busting

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 7:02 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against Jersey City Medical Center, alleging that it bypassed the hospital's union and improperly dealt directly with employees and improperly terminated several for their engagement with the union, the NLRB recently announced.
