Wyndham Inserts New Data Security Bills Into FTC Fight

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 5:51 PM EST) -- Wyndham Worldwide Corp. on Thursday continued to offer up evidence in support of its simmering bid to escape the Federal Trade Commission's data security suit, arguing that a pair of recently introduced federal data breach bills bolster its position that the regulator is overstepping its authority.
