Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 8:58 PM EST) -- Lawyers for a Leucadia National Corp. debt buying affiliate and its law firm and process server on Friday urged the Second Circuit to undo the class certification of more than 100,000 consumer debtors hit with allegedly fraudulent state-court judgments, saying the suit offended principles of federalism.
