TransCanada Asks Texas Justices To Ax Landowner's Appeal

Law360, Houston (February 7, 2014, 6:49 PM EST) -- TransCanada Corp. told the Texas Supreme Court on Thursday that a North Texas landowner’s argument that the energy giant cannot legally run a segment of its Keystone XL pipeline across her property is based on a faulty understanding of state law.
