Alleged Silk Road Owner Pleads Not Guilty To Charges

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 6:39 PM EST) -- The alleged owner of the black market website Silk Road on Friday was arraigned on drug trafficking, money laundering and other charges in a Manhattan federal court, in the government’s case claiming he was the mastermind of a virtual marketplace where customers anonymously purchased drugs and malicious software.
