De Blasio Pushes People-First RE Deals, Minimum Wage Hike

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 1:52 PM EST) -- New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio said Monday that real estate developers will have to take “the people's interests” into account with every city deal, pushed for a local minimum wage hike and vowed more “stop and frisk” policing reforms as part of a plan for “advocacy on behalf of everyday people.”
