Peak Hotels Venture Pays $358M For Amanresorts Stake

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 1:37 PM EST) -- A joint venture led by Peak Hotels & Resorts Group Ltd. and the management of luxury hotel group Amanresorts International has struck a deal to purchase Amanresorts from the hotel arm of India's DLF Ltd. for $358 million, they announced Monday.
