NJ Files Forfeiture Action Against Convicted Trenton Mayor

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 7:41 PM EST) -- The state of New Jersey on Monday filed paperwork seeking the forfeiture of Trenton, N.J., Mayor Tony Mack’s office, following his convictions on six conspiracy and fraud charges related to bribes he allegedly took in exchange for his help facilitating a municipal construction project.
