Deloitte Director Assaulted Employee In Afghanistan, Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 3:16 PM EST) -- Deloitte & Touche LLP has been hit with a $3 million wrongful termination suit alleging one of its directors slandered an employee working as a tax policy adviser in Afghanistan, falsely imprisoned him, assaulted him and irreparably damaged his reputation with the Afghan government.
