Lawmaker Says USIS Whistleblower Might Not Deserve Award

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 7:35 PM EST) -- House Oversight Committee Chair Darrell Issa, R-Calif., on Tuesday questioned whether the U.S. government should allow a whistleblower to claim a reward in a fraud suit against background check contractor U.S. Investigative Services, saying that a government investigation appeared to have tipped off the USIS employee who filed the suit.
