DOD Says It Is Probing Fairness Of F-22 Engine Part Costs

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 5:15 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Defense on Monday said it is attempting to determine whether it is purchasing F-22 Raptor parts supplied to the U.S. Air Force under a sole source $215.8 million contract with Pratt & Whitney at a fair price.
