Fed. Circ. Urged To Nix Google, Microsoft Auction Patent Win

Law360, Los Angeles (February 11, 2014, 6:30 PM EST) -- Walker Digital LLC urged the Federal Circuit on Monday to reverse rulings in favor of Microsoft Corp. and Google Inc. in a patent infringement dispute brought by Walker over Google's free AdWords service, saying the court improperly construed the term "auction" as limited to one sale.
