Town Asks NY High Court To Revive Challenge To Enviro Regs

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 4:59 PM EST) -- New York's top court tried to sort the procedural from the substantive Wednesday as a Long Island town that owns 3,000 acres slated for business development said it had been left in a "Catch-22" situation, unable to fight rules requiring permits for any activity that causes incidental harm to endangered species.
