NJ Development Agency OKs $82M In Job Creation Incentives

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 2:24 PM EST) -- The New Jersey Economic Development Authority greenlighted $81.9 million in incentives and financing Tuesday for projects expected to stir growth in the Garden State, including $25.9 million to encourage a Thomson Reuters Corp. unit to relocate employees to Hoboken and $9.1 million to keep generic-drug maker Sandoz Inc. from moving to Pennsylvania.

The funds stem from the state’s major job creation incentive program, the Grow New Jersey Assistance Program, and the main economic development incentive program, the Economic Redevelopment and Growth Program, according to a statement....
