SEC Fills Investor Advocate Position In Hiring Blitz

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 6:39 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday announced three key personnel moves, naming a new chief counsel in its corporate finance unit, a new director of international affairs, and the first head of its Office of the Investor Advocate.
