Fed. Circ. Says NYC High Line Neighbors Can't Sue US

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 8:23 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday upheld the Court of Federal Claims' dismissal of a suit in which property owners near Manhattan’s High Line park sought compensation from the United States for alleged violations of Fifth Amendment rights.
