GAO Won't Award Costs In Robot Contract Bid Protests

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 1:43 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Tuesday denied MacroUSA Corp.’s bid to recover the cost of filing and pursuing an RFP protest, finding the Department of Defense agency issuing the request for proposals took corrective action on time and that MacroUSA’s protest was not clearly meritorious.
