MPRI Pays $3.2M To Settle Army Overbilling Claims

Law360, Washington (February 12, 2014, 7:30 PM EST) -- Military contractor MPRI Inc. has agreed to pay $3.2 million to settle an Ohio whistleblower suit claiming that it overbilled the U.S. Army for labor charges on an Afghanistan support contract, the U.S. Department of Justice announced Wednesday.
