Dallas Hit With $200M Suit Over Oil And Gas Lease Breach

Law360, Dallas (February 13, 2014, 7:25 PM EST) -- Oil production company Trinity East Energy LLC on Thursday sued the city of Dallas, seeking more than $200 million in damages for the city’s alleged breach of an oil and gas lease when the City Council voted to deny the company drilling permits on public land.
