Patent Licensing Co. Intellectual Ventures Cuts 5% Of Staff

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 5:26 PM EST) -- Patent-licensing company Intellectual Ventures Management LLC said Thursday that it had laid off 5 percent of its workforce as part of a restructuring.

The Bellevue, Wash.-based company, founded by former Microsoft Corp. Chief Technology Officer Nathan Myhrvold, said in a statement that it was both reducing its headcount and making unspecified "operational improvements."
