Atty's Libel Claims Against BBB Nixed By Texas High Court

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 3:47 PM EST) -- The Texas Supreme Court declined Friday to hear a Dallas attorney's claim that a lower court wrongly dismissed his defamation suit against the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan Dallas Inc. after finding the "F" rating it gave him was covered by a state law protecting free speech.
