Dish's Hopper Chooses Content For Viewers, 2nd Circ. Hears

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 5:21 PM EST) -- Attorneys for ABC Inc. urged the Second Circuit on Thursday to reverse a lower judge and shut down Dish Network Corp.'s ad-skipping and auto-recording DVR service, telling the appeals court that Dish wasn't “agnostic” on the recording activities of its subscribers.
