Apple Silences Suit Over Siri Advertising For IPhone 4S

Law360, Chicago (February 14, 2014, 4:28 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Friday put to rest for good a proposed class action accusing Apple Inc. of misrepresenting the capabilities of the Siri speech recognition software in its iPhone 4S, finding that the plaintiffs failed to identify precisely how the company’s advertisements were misleading to consumers.
