9th Circ. Urged To Revive $100M Bryan Cave Malpractice Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2014, 4:51 PM EST) -- Trustees for a bankrupt real estate investment firm on Friday urged the Ninth Circuit to revive their legal malpractice suits seeking more than $100 million from Bryan Cave LLP, saying Bryan Cave attorneys knew the investment firm was engaging in fraud when it represented the company but failed to stop it.
