DOL Mulling Executive Action On Anti-LGBT Bias, Perez Says

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 4:54 PM EST) -- U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas E. Perez said Wednesday that an executive order banning federal contractors from discriminating on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity is something his agency continues “to contemplate and work on,” but a White House spokesman called such an order “hypothetical.”
