Bloomberg Says Pregnancy Bias Plaintiff Isn't Owed Pay

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 8:25 PM EST) -- Bloomberg LP on Friday urged a New York federal judge to dismiss a bid for back pay by the remaining plaintiff in a once wide-ranging Equal Employment Opportunity Commission pregnancy bias lawsuit, saying she had expressed a desire to leave the company well before she was expecting.
