$129M Hard Rock Casino Project Gets License Stay Reversed

Law360, Los Angeles (February 18, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- An Iowa judge on Friday lifted a stay on the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City’s state gambling license, freeing its developer to return to construction work on the $129 million project.
