Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge refused Tuesday to certify a putative class action accusing Trumbull Insurance Co. of inflating workers' compensation insurance premiums, saying that the individual circumstances of each plaintiff would make resolving the case as a class too difficult.
