Budget Car Rental Loses Consumer Info Coverage Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (February 18, 2014, 5:56 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal judge on Tuesday granted two insurance companies a win in their coverage dispute with a Budget Rent A Car licensee over its alleged willful printing of complete credit card information on receipts, ruling the policies did not cover knowing violations.
