Vornado Nets $94M For Its Remaining Long Island Mall

Law360, New York (February 18, 2014, 4:29 PM EST) -- New York City-based Vornado Realty Trust said Friday it is selling the Broadway Mall in Hicksville, Long Island, for $94 million, ridding the real estate investment trust of its last Long Island shopping center property.

The currently unknown buyer will receive the 1.1 million-square-foot shopping mall that features more than 100 stores, including a litany of well-known entities such as Macy's, Old Navy, Target, Ikea and H&M, with the sale expected to close in the first quarter of 2014.
