Paul McCartney's Ex-Wife Doesn't Owe PR Rep, 9th Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 18, 2014, 10:32 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Friday that Paul McCartney's ex-wife, Heather Mills, does not owe her former publicist $168,000, finding that the evidence does not support the publicist's claim that Mills lied about her ability to make monthly payments.
